Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I am a apprentice trainee in indian oil. I have not completed 1 year tarining(18 days remainig). Therefor i am not eligible in the recruitment process. Can i file a case

Dear Sir / Madam,
It is not binding on the Corporation to compulsorily employ you and it will be worthless filing a case. On completion of your apprenticeship, you should straightaway look out for another job elsewhere.
