Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I am Balkar Singh worked as senior supervisior in a chemical factory for 30 years ,but one day strike emerged in company and lay-off for many days, After which employer terminate many employees in mutual cooperation with many employees , But they cannot give any reply to me about by service continuation and termination and I am also talk with employer about my employment status but he also give me fake promises, Please tell me where I can file case against him in civil or labour court , So that I can get my all dues earlier and all my compensation
