Legal Question in Employment Law in Philippines
I am a bank employee. it is in our bank's code of ethics that we cant borrow money from clients. But what if these individuals are really into lending? Also, can the audit group of my bank scrutinize every transaction of my personal acct (maintained in the same bank), to the point of printing images of checks I issued, to see the payees? isn't this an ra 1405 violation of my rights?
