Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I have completed 2 year bond with company , i put resignation but the manager is not accepting my resignation , For security i given the original marks card , now they are telling we cant give the relive, we cant give the marks card they are telling. Give me the suggatoin.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Tell the Manager straightway : "I am the one to decide whether and how long I wish to work in the Company. You don't decide my future, nor do you have any legal right to retain any of my original marks sheet(s) / certificates." Meet your Manager and tell him / her that they have already committed an illegal act by making you sign a Performance Bond and compulsorily serve a period of two years in the Company. Tell your Manager to instantly return back your original documents along settlement of your full and final dues, failing which straightaway lodge a Police complaint against your Manager and the HR Head in the nearest local Police Station. I am confident the issue will be resolved and settled within 3 days. Please re-post query in case there is no Police action within 3 days of your lodging the Police Non-Cognizable complaint.

otherwise you have to complaint to labour commission and lok adalat even ministry of corporate affairs.it is total illegal
