Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Dear All,

As per my company HR policy I need to serve the notice period of 60 days. As per my resignation I am completing my notice period without fail. But, now management is pressurised me to complete the pending tasks as they didn't appointed anyone at my place. Please guide me through this ASAP.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Legally, your liability towards the Company is to the extent of serving and completing your notice period in the Company. It re legal responsibility to take over charge from you on or prior to your last working date in your Company and to settle and pay your full and final settlement dues.
