Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Dear Prashant Sir

I was told by some fellows that If i lost in lower court than most probably i will loose in session court. That's why I am asking about the conversion of decree in installments.

Also my expenses are much more than civil court junior division.

Also we have submit the judgments of punjab haryana high court, delhi high court & supreme court with similar cases.

But all in vain.

Case disposed : " Contested - - decreed with no costs "

In spite of so many favourable judgement.

That's the reason i am asking for payment to company in installments.

company have money but i don't have so much to fight against them.

Thanks

Dear Vicky,

When there are so many judgements and rulings in your favour, you should have reason to believe that your case was not argued properly with the facts. In my opinion, you should not be setting a wrong precedent being on the losing side. The Company has nothing to lose in the bargain. As advised, fight the case yourself in the Sessions Court to keep down legal costs to the minimum. Do not be misled by others telling you that if you lose in the lower Court, you will surely lose in the sessions Court.

Regards,
