Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Dear Sir, I've got job offer in a company A, and they've taken my sign in that offer letter in a A4 sheet paper. But i've got a better offer in company B and i want to join in company B, but as i signed in the offer letter of company A is there any legal actions that may take on me?
Please suggest me what should i do now.

1) When u accepted the letter offer, u hv accepted the contract and hv to abide by it.
2) Comply with the conditions and get urself relieved.
