Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Dear Sir,

As per your information, it is legal for the company to charge amount from an executive. I checked with many companies with the same profile and Hr Department and they informed me that companies are not liable to charge so much amount from an executive. if it is a big mistake then the company can ask me for resignation. suppose if an executive is earning 20k and for a mistake he is paying almost 43k to a company. if I did a mistake then I definitely made some profits as well in my services to a company, will company share profits with me ? hr team told me that company has a right to charge but as per executive salary and they can charge me Maximum 15K to 20K not more than that and if they are charging me then I am not earning from the company and working without pay for the company.

Kindly look into the matter once again and help me with positive views.
