Legal Question in Employment Law in United Kingdom

I am currently employed by Mark Group and have been since september 2012, on 12 july 2013 my sick pay was revoked due to having had "4 abscences within 4 months" and due to e reinstated january 12th 2014.

On jan 12th my manage had been of for sometime due to a breakdown in her personal relationship and despite my reminders never came bk to me to confirm my sick pay was back, On 10th Feb 2014 i started a new job for a new division within the same company and signed a new contract with a new manager. my new contract states

"sick pay entitlement- 4 weeks at full pay(pro rata) thereafter statory sick pay"

there is also a clause stating

"This statement supersedes any previous arrangements wether oral or in writing between the company and you'

So i had and afternoon of sick weds 16th april end of the month i realised and hadnt been paid for this when i queried why i was informed my sick pay was revoked, still!

Aswell as the above there also now seems to be some issues regarding holiday, ive taken 5 days and they are trying to say i have used up my whole yearly allowance butthis is a definate mistake on there part.

Also upon taking this position i was informed of an annual bonus paid out in April which i have never heard anything of since signing my contract.

would love some advice on where i stand legally, as i currently feel that as i am young and i wanted and enjoy the job they are using this to their advantage, denying me of things stated in my contract.

Thankyou

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should write an Internal Correspondence Memo to the Head of Human Resources in the Company referring to your entitlements as contained in your Appointment Letter and state the actual facts, whether or not you have been paid those entitlements, or if paid short, specify the exact amount of shortfall, and request the Company to pay your pending dues, so as to motivate you to perform better in the Company.

Regards,
