Legal Question in Employment Law in India

A employee submitted resignation, whereas the Competenet Authority accepted the resignation subject to certain conditions. The Employee not complied the conditions, and he was abndoned his service. If the Organisation want to remove the memebrs service from the service roll of orgaisation. whether, the Organisation has to terminate the members service or treat the resignation as such and remove the members service?

Dear Sir / Madam,

A conditional acceptance implies rejection of resignation, which in turn means that the employee continues to remain in the service of the organization. if the organization wants to remove the employee's name from the service record, the organization will have to terminate the service of the employee, which entitles the employee and makes him / her eligible to claim damages and compensation from the organization.
