Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Thanks for the guidance, and I want to know now if I would file a case against my previous employer what could be the consequences, how much time and money I require to fight against them because I am a common man and my previous employer is a wealthy MNC, Can I force them to pay money for all my loss (physical, mental, financial) which I suffered during this period.
