Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Hello,

I was working with a IT company for around 6yrs, but in Mar2015 our company has overtaken by other IT co. and all the mgmt has been changed, I was worked work with new mgmt and resign in sept2015 and given a notice period of 18days, actually as per co. policy I need to give 60days notice.

I have agreed with the mgmt that I will be giving offshore support till all my KT is complete and my CFO and manager agreed to it and have confirm my last date of employment to HR and mgmt has not taken my laptop as they want me to give a support. Now all the KT has been over by within a week time and the manager who is taking the my KT has confirm me via SMS and via company chat massanger but he is replying to my email.

Now I am trying to reach him and also my CFO from last one week after my KT has been completed, but both of them are not picking up my call and not replying me, even I am sending daily email to them. My call, SMS and email nothing is getting repleyed from last one week, even I have not received my relieving, experience letter from company.

My CFO and mgr both confirm me orally that I will get all my letter and FnF once my KT process is done, but now they are not cooperating me, they are just ignoring me, hence please advise if I can take any legal action on them.

Dear Sir / Madam,

If the Company does not pay up and settle your full and final settlement dues, you should straightaway lodge a Police complaint against the Company for cheating (Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code) for easiest, cheapest and quickest action.
