Hiii, sir. I'm RAM from tamilnadu I'm working in private company last week I have problem in leg so the company was padi medical treatment RS.3000 but now company said that 3000 is recover from my salery I'm 2years working on same company I'm company staff please let me know what is the rule of staff medical facility for private companies

Dear Ram,

There is no standard staff medical facility policy. You should refer to the medical reimbursement amount limit specified in your appointment letter and the prevailing medical treatment reimbursement policy of the Company. If your medical treatment facility claim amount exceeds the limit(s) as specified in your appointment letter and the Company's medical policy, the Company is entitled to recover the additional amount paid for your medical treatment in excess of your entitlement from your salary.
