Legal Question in Employment Law in India
one job agency arranged me a interview & i got offer letter bu i did not accept that.
now the agency is asking me 70k as penalty. how can i deal this i did not sign any agreement or gave any oral assurance

Since you have not accepted the job offer, you are not liable to pay any amount to the job agency.
