Legal Question in Employment Law in India

i have joined L&T by signing 2 years / Rs 2 lacs bond in Aug-2010. Resigned in 7 months (under probation period) with 1 month notice. joined another company in Apr-2011. till date L&T was silent on my relieving and final settlement. Now i have approached them demanding final settlement and relieving letter. In return they have given me a letter demanding 2 lacs. There is flaw in bond that it has mentioned that after joining, i will be sent to Powai (Mumbai) for my training and orientation but actually they have not sent me there. Although L&T cannot take any legal action against me since they themselves are not fulfilling clauses mentioned in it and invested nothing on me in terms of training. Now when I have replied to their letter which was demanding Rs 2 Lacs mentioning that L&T is not fulfilling this training clause and hence bond is NULL & VOID and issue relieving letter, they are silent on my letters. I have sent 3rd reminder but still L&T is silent. Please advise what can i do further to expedite the matter...

Dear Sir / Madam,

Any employer who insists on a Employment Bond from an employee is liable to face judicial action since an Employment Bond implies insisting on the employee doing bonded labour. You need not keep on sending reminders to L&T who are already on a shaky wicket asking you to do bonded labour with them. You should forget about it and react only in the event you receive a legal notice from them.

Regards,
