Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Hi, I have joined an IT staffing organization as an immigration specialist. Even though I have not completed two months of service, I was suddenly called for a conference meeting where they informed me that an unknown person had reported a data breach in our company. During the meeting, my HR contacted the unknown person, who accused me of leaking the data. I was shocked and blank for a few seconds. They immediately issued a temporary suspension for investigation. However, I have not accepted the accusation and asked them to provide evidence of my involvement, which they failed to do. It has been one month since the temporary suspension was issued, and despite my continuous follow-ups, they have not provided any proper updates. My reputation in the office premises has suffered greatly. I requested the phone number of the unknown caller, but they claimed it was confidential. The caller apparently asked them not to contact him again or get involved. The organization stated they have filed a cyber complaint and shared the phone number with authorities, but they haven't received any updates yet. They insist they cannot take any action until they receive feedback from the cyber team. The lack of updates has made me feel like I am losing my rights and experiencing depression. Please advise me on what I can do now.
