Note 2 - Appointment letter is silent on the super annuation age .

Note 3 - Organization has approximately 4000 employees .

Note 4 - Employee has been super annuated at the age of 58 years , 11 months and 15 days .

Note 5 - Organization is based out of India

All above notes are true

Q1 : What legal options the employee has if he is super annuated without any notice period however the appointment letter

states 1 month of notice period before termination of contract ?

Q2 : How much compensation can the employee seek because of the above negligence apart from 21% interest PA ,as the dues

were cleared partially post one year ?

Q3 Kindly share the full details of "The Labour Welfare Act, 1881.
