Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I am the proprietor of small firm engaged in Civil construction/Electrical work and registered with ESIC too. I had not deposited ESIC contribution for the period 01.09.2009 to Nov 2013 because the construction work was done was not in the area of ESIC coverage for which RC has been issued worth Rs. 162192.00. Please guide how to come out with this problem since at present I am in financial crunch.

Dear Sir / Madam,

To the best of my knowledge, Employee's State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) deduction from an employee's salary is required to be deposited in the Government Treasury latest by the 10th of the following month. Since your proprietary concern is exempted from deduction and payment of ESIC to the Government and for which you already hold a valid Registration Certificate, you should apply for and obtain an Exemption Certificate if eligible, from the ESIC official handling your matter.

Regards,
