I received a head injury at work, my employer accepted part responsibility and payed me work related sickness for 3 months and then stopped paying me, even though I hadn't yet recovered, were they entitled to stop paying me

Dear Sir / Madam,

If your employer has a Workman Compensation Policy in place, you ought to be paid till you are fully recovered from the injury as certified by a registered medical practitioner. If there is no such policy, it depends on the mutual understanding between you and your employer, as contained in your Appointment Letter.
