Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Recently we have come to know that one of our uncle was doing govt ,job in my father's name. He is retire now. we don't know how did he get the job.
I want know what legal step can we take against him.

Dear Sir / Madam,
I quote two maxims here : "Always look ahead and act positively." and "Dig where the gold is." In my opinion, you should abstain from raking up unnecessary unwanted issues unless you are certain and confident that there is something worthwhile going to emerge from an investigation or a probe.
Coming to your query, had your father adopted a 'blind eye' and 'deaf ear' approach to your uncle's alleged misdeeds all these years ? If your answer is yes, I strongly recommend and suggest you concentrate and focus on achieving your own personal and career goals, instead of dwelling in the past.
