Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I requested an answer for my question which was never answered. Could you please answer it this time?

I was awarded Ph.D. in 2014 from a reputed University in compliance with the Minimum Standards of Ph.D. of UGC Regulations 2009. I was appointed as Assistant Professor in a College in 2014 itself subject to the approval of the University. The University never approved the post, it kept on pending for an year. Now that the Supreme Court has produced an order 2015 - minimum qualification, I would like to know if my post will be approved by the University by the 2015 order.

Dear Sir / Madam,

If your appointment as "Assistant Professor" in the College is subject to the approval of the University, and if the Supreme Court order in 2015 has made it binding on the University to compulsorily regularize and approve all pending posts in Colleges which fulfill the conditions of eligibility, you should furnish evidence thereof to the College Principal copied to the University Registrar for information and action on approval of the post.

Regards,
