Dear Sir / Madam,

You may keep the conversation with your boss very short and sweet. Prepare a list of whatever Company property is in your possession and whilst handling it over to your boss tomorrow, along with with the property (stationery, laptop, calculator, licence (if it belongs to the Company) and company circulars and correspondence and any other Company property that you may be having in your custody and are returning back to the Company tomorrow) obtain with a request to the Company to handover your full and final settlement cheque for all your dues ad obtain an acknowledgement from your boss thereon. If he / she instructs you to handover the letter to the HR, simply take a photocopy and obtain an acknowledgement of your boss and the HR on your final letter. If there is any delay in the Company releasing your cheque tomorrow itself, politely request the HR to write to you and place it on record as to when the full and final settlement cheque will be handed over to you.

Regards,
