Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Sir, I had given resignation to my Company and served notice period of 3 months as per my Co policy and on last day of my notice period my boss said that you have to come to office 15days more as we have not taken complete details from your side. they stopped my relieving and as well as my other dues. I was working as credit control person so I don't have any assets of my Co.Please advise me as per labour law(with Sections related to my case) Thanks Amit.

Dear Amit,

The Company's stance of informing you to extend the notice period by 15 (fifteen) days on the grounds that they have not taken complete details from you is baseless and invalid.
