Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Hello Sir,

I was working in a software development company in Gurgoan.

All of a sudden my employer terminated me with false allegation without any notice or intimation and now they are asking me to pay a huge amount in full and final.

They have sent me 2 hard copies of full and final letter with a lumsum amount, however when i ask for calculation detail they simply ignore it.

Please help me.

Dear Sir / Madam,

The issue has to be dealt with in keeping with the terms and conditions as specified in your Offer Letter and / or Appointment Letter. The employer is legally bound to provide a detailed break-up of the amount being claimed from you, failing which, you are neither responsible nor liable to initiate any further action. If the terms and conditions specify that the employer will pay ___ month's notice period salary in the event of termination, you should submit your full and final settlement claim inclusive of this termination pay to the Company. Simply write / mail a letter on these lines to your immediate boss copied to the HR Head for information.

Regards,
