Hi sir

I'm srinivas .. i was joined on 16th September 2016 . I was work hardly and honest for my company sales but unfortunately sale is not increased then on 3rd November i was got mail from hr .. that my Termination latter for Non performance. How is it possible with in 45 days Termination for non performance ? atleast they didn't gave me chance to 60 days ? Please tell me sir .. actually as per legal act it is possible to termination with in 45 days ?

Dear Srinivas,

The Company has the right to terminate your services for non-performance. The Company remains liable to compensate you for the notice period not served by you.
