What can be done when the Team Leader of the MNC is not listening to you and asking you to come to office even if you have 102 fever as tested by his own doctors appointed in their office. Even HR team, after repeated complaints are not doing anything in this regard. They are also putting the sick leave as unscheduled leaves which is not counted in your stacks and also effects the promotion procedure of that candidate. Actually they are exploiting for almost everything. They are also asking for putting over time everyday. Please give me the legal suggestion regarding how my approach should be towards the organisation, sothat I could have some peace of mind. Loking for the reply..

you may approach the lawyer and in case there are more employees, the effect of legal notice would be more. what the MNC doing is grossly illegal.
depending upon the nature of your duties, skilled or unskilled, if the MNC is an industry as contemplated under ID Act, you may lodge a complaint with the Labour Commissioner
the company may further be asked to get its Standing Order approved and displayed with regard to Leave/medical leave/over time
