Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I do understand that I need not to submit acceptance of resignation in order to join the new company however after joining the company will do background verification and as per the previous company policy don't know this policy is legal or not they will show me as an absconded employee before 45 days and F&F, and not a single company likes to hire an employee who is absconded from the previous company. So what could I do in this case.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Your new Company ought to have selected you on the basis of your ability and performing potential. Your present employer may not easily digest the fact that you have left them and secured a better opportunity elsewhere. I repeat, there is no need for acceptance of resignation. Don't get worried and bogged down with unnecessary doubts and suspicions. Be confident and think positive. As advised earlier, the way for you ahead is for the new Company to accept your Service Certificate which your present employer is legally bound to give you. Request your present employer for your Service Certificate and payment and settlement of your full and final settlement dues, if you have still not received it. All the best.

Regards,
