Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I work with private limited company.I have filed hundreds of cases behalf of my company.So I am busy with courts entire state.If my company harassed me or pressurized to leave job then what options for courts dates.My life will spoil badly and will not able to work anywhere cause of court dates.please reply me

1) U hv filed cases on behalf of ur company not on ur personal. Whosoever succeeds in ur place, the new incumbent will attend the court cases. It is the look out of the Co who will take care of.

2) Why should u worry for such a simple reason or is there any thing other than this. U can very well change ur company.
