Legal Question in Employment Law in India

i am working in central govt job .and i have an a car and bike .but both are not registered in my name .car is registered in my wifes name before the marriage and bike is registered in my sisters name.at the present time both vehicles are in my custody.my question is any intimation give to my govt department is necessary or not.

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should always make the best use of assets and resources in your possession. If your position entitles you to a Company maintained vehicle, you should request your Head of Department (HoD) to give you a salary raise instead of the perquisite, informing them that you already have it.
