Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I am working in a company at Mumbai for the past 15 years on retainer basis.

My employment letter says that I would be paid all inclusive consolidated monthly remuneration. I am not eligible for PF Management Contribution/Leave Salary of 55 days per annum/Gratuity of 15 days remuneration for every completed year of service which other Regular employees are paid on retirement/quitting the company. I have however got increase in my remuneration every year for the past 15 years. I would like to quit now. Can I legally enforce my rights and claim above benefits of PF/Leave Salary/Gratuity? I have complete record of my attendance/absence. If yes, what are the benefits I can claim legally? Would be grateful for your valued opinion.

Hi

Please approach the concerned labour officer (state or central) and give a complaint.

You are entitled gratuity if your service is continuous. Unable to advise you about other claims without checking the documents.
