Dear Sir / Madam,

Since your reporting Manager(s) tell you that relieving you remains out of their control, if you have finished or you are in a position to complete and finish whatever work you were assigned to by your reporting manager(s) by the last working date, you may meet the Managing Director of the Company if your issue remains unsettled at HR and your reporting level on or prior to 07th February, 2017. Worst come worst, you can tell the existing Company to adjust and recover the salary (basic pay only) for the notice period of 28 (twenty-eight) days not served by you i.e from 13th February, 2017 till 12th March, 2017 (both days inclusive). You also have the option to immediately lodge a Police complaint if the Company fails to pay you and settle your full and final settlement dues owed to you by the Company on the last working date.

Regards,
