Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I was working with OASIS. I resigned from the service on 11th July 2015. They have not paid my dues. How I get it ?
OASIS is a coaching institute for IIT-JEE & medical Entrance preparations. I joined there on 30th April 2015 as Sr Manager, Marketing & Operations. Actually, they were paying me half the salary every month, I declined in the first month, after then they paid the remaining amt. Second month also they do the same. And these things were not mentioned in the appt. letter. So I resigned, and above this they were harassing me mentally, always. Abusing in front of juniors and others was usual, that too quite unnecessary and without any valid reason. Although, no commitment was there at the time of appointment but after expectations were very illogical. Kindly guide me how to get my dues back. I am in a crisis and their intention is not fair. Dear Sanjay,

If the Institute fails to settle your dues, Police action is advisable and recommended.
