Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Hi, I was working in the organisation for the last 5 months. This month in March 2016 I was told by my HR that they will be transferring me to another process on the same salary and also I was told not to come till I get further notification from them. I kept on waiting for 10 days and today I got the call from HR that I am appearing absconding however no absconding letter was ever sent to me and now they are forcing me to resign from my services with effect from tomorrow.

Dear Sir / Madam,

The Company is making it amply clear to you that they do not require your services. If the notice period as contained in your Appointment Letter is more than a month, don't resign, let the Company terminate you from service, since they do not want you anymore, making it legally mandatory for them to pay you the full notice period salary along with your full and final settlement dues.

Regards,
