Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I was working as a teacher in one of the cbse school in sahakarnagar.last year june(2014) i joined.i have taken vaccation salary.in the month july 6th 2015 i have given notice to the authorities that due to pesonal reasons i\'m resigning on 31st july.They are telling as i have taken vaccation salary i don\'t have the right to get july month salry.they are neither providing salary nor giving experience certificate.under this situation what can i Do?i have the right for my salry??

Dear Sir / Madam,

If the terms and conditions of your appointment entitle you to one month's salary on completion of one year's service, and if your notice period is one month, you are legally entitled to receive your July salary from the school authorities. The School is legally bound to issue a Service Certificate to each and every employee of the school. You should ask the Principal for the same.
