Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

Dear sir

I have my parental property with me.my father died in 2008 & mother in 2002 & that property is on rent to labour class in different rooms with no legal agreement.One family live there from my fathers times & they live from many year.Now i want to vacate that property from him to sell it.I have some doubts please clear

1.Is they can fight for ownership as they live more than 12 years

2.what procedure i take to vacate that property from him.

3.how much time can it take for full procedure.

4.Any other option i can go for.

5.All rent received in cash.

6.Should i show the rent income in my ITR so it can also become proof.

7. what step i takes to get legally sound.

Only through legal procedure you can lawfully vacate your property and retake in your hand and sell the property.
