Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Hello , I live in Pagdi system in Mumbai . I am tenant . If I wish to but an ownership property nearby can I buy . If no since I am living here on rent and I cant buy ownership without vacating ? Is here a law like this ? If yes... what is the way out to buy Ownership property without selling pagdi system place ?

Yes. U can acquire. The old provision has been repealed.
