Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I have made an house rent agreement with the owner for my organisation as ssd enterprises,could i ask house owner to make another agreement with a new organization i have formed, in the same premises I want to keep the new office,what should i do?

1) For the same agreement, how can u enter into separate agreement with different new company?
2) U have to enter into fresh agreement for both the companies which is proper.
