Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I am in possession of a municipal shop since 1982 in Karnal, Haryana. I am unmarried. I want to transfer this shop in name of my brother or sister. But the transfer is closed for many years. Can you tell me if there is any legal procedure to transfer tenancy after my death.

1) If the transfer is closed, it will be reverted to the Municipality.
2) U may try Registered Gift Deed/ Will from the local laws of the
Municipality.
