1 Answer from Attorneys

1) If u hv any live rent agreement, then legal heirs of ur father-in-law

can claim for continuation of tenancy.

2) If lapsed, u cant challenge. As son-in-law u hv no rights.

3) The son of landlord can ask u to vacate for unauthorised occupancy

as trespasser.
