Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

Hello sir my name is Jaydeep Tankariya
We are living as tanent since last 60 years in an house our landlord is died befor 20 years he has no leagle hire ( Wife Son) only he has 4 daughter but we dont know we're are they all since last 20 years no one from his daughter come here to visit
They are not intrested in this property and even they did not process for claim ownership of this property as daughter.. My father is died before 10 years.. He said me that landlord daughters are refusing to get rent..
Can we leagaly claim property ownership as tanent?? Please help me my house construction is in very poor condetion..

1) No. The tenant cannot be the owner unless the LRs alienate.

2) Since daughters exist and refusing rent, u cannot.

3) If none claims then follow legal process.
