Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

i am 22 years old.the house i am living along with my mom and grandmother is of my grandfather's , my father and grandfather has expired, my aunt ( my father's sister) along with her family ( husband and 2 sons) she is also living in the same house as my grandmother let her in seven years. but now my grandmother is having differences with my aunt and we want her family out of the house but she dont want to leave . as she(aunt) lives downstairs we cut the electricity but her husband made some fake documents like ration card and got a new electricity connection. please tell what legal steps shall i or can i take to get her out of the house .she is playing very dirty as she got a pet dog to hunt us , i hope you can give some valuable suggestions

Dear Sir /Madam,

With the demise of your grandfather, the title and ownership of the house vests in the name of your grandmother and you must first ensure that your grandmother's name appears as the title owner of the house in the record of the Tehsildar / District Registrar. If your grandmother so wishes to, she can legally evict your aunty and her family from the house.
