Now, In Feb 2013, my father was passed away due to sudden heart attack. after my father, we have transfered the our property to my mother and made a RD (Req. Deed). Now my uncle wants to sell this house completely but my mother and we don't want to sell this...So my question is

Your uncle has no right on the property, since this is your father's self acquired property, unless your father has given a share to your uncle.
