Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I bought a piece of land with my brother 5 yrs back jointly. Now i want to get my money back for my part as i dont want that piece of land now. Will i get the price same as 5 yrs back or it will be as per today's rate. Please suggest.

Please Consult a broker or property dealer in the region.

As far as money is concerned you can get money instead of Land if property is sold.
