Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I divorced my wife without settling the property issue. Later I filed a suit for partition, claiming 70% share in property, in Civil court but recently Civil Court has dismissed the case, after running the full fledged case for almost six years.

My Ex-wife claimed 75% share. Will you please let me know what share each will get according to Indian Law for Muslims?
