Gdmrg sir, sir I want to buy a house which is in the grama kantam in yapral village, Alwal municipality. My problem is, I am not getting loan for that house. Plz tell me what should I do for getting loan. Now it is registered house.

1) Govt has first lien over gramakantam lands. U wont get bank loans.

2) If the Govt has denotified such lands u may get it. Find out from GMHC also.
