Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My grand father had married grand mother in 1960 . My father was only son to them . And my grand mother dead & my grand father got another marriage.they had two daughters . Recently my grand father and my father died . My question is am I eligible to my grand father property

Dear Sir / Madam,
The answer depends on the examination of documentary evidence as regards the property left behind by your deceased grandfather. If he has passed away interstate (without making a Will) you remain entitled to 1/3rd of the property and the second wife who remains entitled for 2/3rd of the property i.e equal 1/3rd share to each of her two daughters.
