Are living trusts used in Israel to hold title to real property in order to avoid probate?

Property can be gathered by a law firm and the law firm mange a process in Family court to pay debtors less according to the actual monies of deceased person.
In such process there is a limited time for all claims to be filed. After the time passes new claims can not be filed agaist the estate.
Trust in itself can not serve to avoid debtors, but in many cases Banks will sttle for much lower sums.
