I have made sale deed and regisetered it by making stamp duty payment for my flat. as the balance amount payment could not be done, both myslef and buyer has decided to cancel this sale deed. which document do we need to make? can stamp duty refund be claimed ?

1) No refund.

2) Execute separate cancellation deed.
