Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

A man have 3 boy child and wife. After his death no one claim the property. His youngest son is not treated with him or any member in family. So her wife disinherit him from property after the death of his husband. So my question is the youngest son who is disinherited by her mother, he has right to take share of his father property or he is disinherit only of his mother property?

he has a share in the fathers property and if the mothers property is not her delf acquired he will have a share there too.

If the Man has died intestate (without a Will) his property ("Estate") vests in his wife after his demise.
