Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My mother made me sign relinquishment deed in her favour for 3 properties in delhi. Now she refuses to provide me any document, succession certificate. She is not giving me any account of money that my father has left behind. She is also misbehaving with me. How can I take back my consent to relinquishment deed. What can I do so that she has to give me status of how she is using the money.

you can file a suit for cancellation of relinquishment deed in the court of law.
